Your continued satisfaction is as important as your initial delight. Illuminata will return to address any issue that arises. With our Annual Maintenance Plan, replacements, retesting and adjustments occur on a yearly basis – investments that keep your outdoor lighting system operating as if new for many, many years. Please ask about our annual maintenance contracts.

Transformers

All outdoor lighting stainless steel transformers installed by Illuminata have a manufacturer's lifetime warranty against corrosion.  The warranty does not cover lightning strikes, acts of God, any problems caused by home electrical issues or service calls to reset circuit breakers or GFCIs. These repairs are subject to charge.

Fixtures

Our outdoor lighting fixtures, all made in the US, have a ten-year manufacturer's warranty against corrosion.

Wire

Low voltage outdoor lighting wire installed by Illuminata is covered by a ten-year warranty.

Bulbs

All outdoor lighting bulbs installed by Illuminata are warranted for 6 months from time of installation.  The bulb warranty applies only when replacement service is performed by qualified Illuminata personnel. All bulb replacements must be halogen bulbs of the same type and wattage as the original bulbs. Use of incorrect bulbs can lead to system failures, including fixture damage. Service calls due to problems associated with bulb replacements made by someone other than Illuminata personnel will incur a service fee.

Lighting Control Automation

All Lighting Control Automation controls, modules and timers are warranted for two years.

Labor

Warranty replacements done more than two years after the date of installation will incur the standard service charge.
